NEOEA DAY
*Roughly 8:00-3:00
*Teachers and students visiting
*There’s a band, string, and choral track. Each track runs separately and there will be a little concert at the end of the day.
*Pizza lunch for the kids (two 45 minute lunches)
*Methods classes will be helping
*Tau Beta Sigma, Kappa Kappa Psi, and Delta Omicron will be helping primarily with lunch. OCMEA should try to have a presence as well. We’ll contact their presidents (Matt Farkas, Abby Mariano, John DiCesare) to see if we can help.
*Eric will ask Dr. Gorder if there’s anything else that we can do
*Obviously the entire group won’t be involved, but we can try to get the Exec Board and a couple of other members that are really gung ho about it!

*Individual thank you emails for signing up
*Follow up email for open house attendees
*Research grants from CSI to help with convention
*Reserve the room for the meeting
